Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager IT Infrastructure at Minerva Infosolution in South East Delhi.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to promote IT hardware products, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the features and benefits of the hardware equipment.

Qualifications:

- Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management skills.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware products (Networking, security, CCTV).

- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

- Certifications in IT sales or marketing would be a plus.
