Mindtree - Talent Management Partner - RMG - Internal Staffing

The Talent Management group (TMG) at Mindtree is responsible for fulfillment, utilization and influencing direct cost of delivery across projects within verticals and service lines.

- We are looking for a Talent Management Partner (TMP) who will lead the TMG function for a Mindtree vertical/service line at Bangalore or TMG Function for our Pune location.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Fulfillment :

- Proactively planning of fulfillment by monitoring demand in system and upcoming demand

- Governance of the fulfillment in the vertical/service line

- Advisor to business on talent availability - data based approach

- Work with competency development manager on upskilling/reskilling/cross skilling of minds with reference to existing and upcoming demand.

- Regular periodic reporting on fulfillment

Monitor and manage operational efficiencies of the vertical/service line :

- Billing efficiency

- Account buffers

- Investment projects

- Deployable pool management

- Onsite not billed

Influencing direct cost :

- Managing rotations

- Replacements at lower levels

- Sub-contractor management and governance

- Campus minds infusion

Skills Required :

- Excellent coordination with different stakeholders and building healthy relationship with internal customers

- An entrepreneurial attitude and full understanding of what it takes to operate in a very dynamic and fast-paced competitive environment.

- Ability to work in a matrix organization and be sensitive to cross cultural / geographical sensitivities

- Experience : 10 - 15 years
