Experience :

- Experience in Delivery/Resource Management

- Knowledge & Handling of staffing complex IT projects requiring multiple skillsets across multiple locations.

- Partner with business to meet staffing demands within agreed SLA both for external and internal fulfillment

- Good sense of anticipation and prognostication

- Effective deployment of skilled pool in various customer engagements

- Appreciation of cost optimization and project financials

- Should have prior experience in managing a team

- Should have good industry knowledge

- Process knowledge in the resource management/optimization

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Resource Management
