Role : Subject Matter Sourcing Expert (Tower Head - Procurement - Admin Infra)

Location : Bangalore ( Mindtree Global Village Tech Park)

Opex :

Employee Transportation, Food Service, Travel Service, Office Repairs and Maintenance, Integrated Facility Management Services, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Spares and Consumables, Lease Rental, Guest House Expense and any other employee touch services etc

Capex :

Design and Build for campus and office work space which includes Architect Design Service, PMC Service and General Contract which includes Civil Construction, Fit outs, Interiors, Work Space furniture, HVAC, MEP ( Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering ), Alternate Energy Sources and any other employee satisfaction improvement projects capex procurements

Functional Expert :

Design & Execute Core Commodity Sourcing, Contract Management & Governance, Contract Tracking & Compliance, Spend Management, Supplier due diligence, Capability evaluation, Technical understanding, Decoding of Specification/Scope, Tender/ RFQ Document Drafting

Process Domain :

Expert in Requisition to Source, Source to Contract, Contract to Order, Order to Pay and Spend Analysis

System Domain :

Hands-on SAP ERP MM module, Ariba e-Sourcing

People Manager :

Collaborate team player, Leading and empowering team, Team Training & Development and Team Engagement

Skills :

- Hard core Negotiator with Total Cost Ownership

- Extract Benefit from Leveraging enterprise-wide Buying and geographically beneficial support to business units

- Market Analysis for the Commodity and Price Bench Marking across the industry

- Understanding of Tax in India - SEZ/STP/ GST /MSME and VAT ( other Geo)

- ISO 27K/ EMS / OHSAS Audit / Compliance including Hazardous & Scrap disposal

- Supplier On boarding Evaluation / Supplier Performance Evaluation / Supplier Risk Management / Business Continuity Plan for the commodity / Alternate Supplier Development

- Conducting eSourcing Event-RFx / Tender, Rate Card- Catalogue Management and Tail Spending Sourcing Strategy and execution

- Collaboration with Stakeholders, Flawless Execution, Quest for Learning, Drive team to meet TAT/SLA

- Result-driven mindset and capabilities, adopts at resource prioritization, target setting

Key deliverables :

(i) Sourcing Savings :

a. Repetitive Purchase Minimum of 1 % of Total Annual Spend

b. Other Purchase : Minimum 4-5 % of the Total Annual Spend

(ii) Minimum 95% - TAT/ SLA : Sourcing, Contract renewal, Purchase Order and delivery

(iii) Process Compliance : Nil Non Compliance of all Audits in your procurement Tower

(iv) Vendor Performance Evaluation : Define KPI & Measurement in each contract and conduct periodic evaluation as per Process Manual

(v) Lead Special Projects on Global Procurement Process and System Improvements

Expectation :

1. Qualification: Engineering Graduate and PGDMM / MBA (preferably in Supply chain / Procurement)

2. Work Experience: 12-15 years ( in Service Industry ) and continuously 6 years in managerial role and handling Infra & Admin Commodity Sourcing in MNC

3. Geo Experience: Handled India/ US/ UK Sourcing for Captivity requirements

4. Preferred International Experience of any one country other than India (for global view)

5. Clear and understanding of SAP MM User and its reports

6. Code of Conduct - High degree of ethics, discretion, honestly, fairness and sound of business practice

7. Strong understanding of specific commodity, Market bench marking, Spend Analysis and reports, Deep Dive on Data, Eye on Data / attention in detail

8. Demonstrate a strong initiatives, dedication and develop capabilities in adopting, evolving and executing flawlessly

9. Motivated, high-energy, curious self-starter, strong business mind-set, proven change agent with excellent facilitation and problem solving skill, collaborate within team and lead the Procurement Tower independently with lesser daily supervision

10. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with comfort working cross functional to gather information and Presentation to CXOs directly

11. Added Advantage on Six Sigma/ TQM/ISO / etc certification
