Job description :

The banking, financial services and insurance industry marketing leader is responsible for developing the industry go-to-market, marketing and communications (internal and external) strategy and execution plan. This leader will help Mindtree build a powerful and differentiated global brand at the corporate, industry, capability and geographic levels by owning brand building and market positioning, content and campaign development, demand generation, lead nurture and sales enablement.

- Candidates should have a passion for marketing technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and a get it done attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with and drive consensus across a broad group of senior level stakeholders including: industry unit heads, technology leads, corporate marketing, analyst, alliance and public relations teams and Mindtree executives to develop comprehensive marketing plans. Design and execute programs that will drive corporate and industry goals.

Requirements :

- Working knowledge or direct experience in any of the following industries: P&C, L&A, Capital Markets, Retail and Commercial Banking and GRC

- Ability to target clients and segments, create and curate relevant content and build robust plans

- 10+ years IT services marketing experience

- Customer centric and experience driven approach to marketing

- Experience building multi-channel integrated marketing programs including, website and digital assets, paid media, events, sales enablement and others

- Marketing technology and automation enthusiast (Marketo a plus) who strives to scale effectively and quickly while maintaining quality

- High energy level, passion and enthusiasm for marketing

Education :

- MBA or Master's Degree.
