Role : Infra Procurement Manager

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location : Bangalore - Mindtree Global Village Tech Park office

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Comprehensive understanding of P2O process and Order to Payment technologies (specifically SAP)

2. Work closely with user groups and coordinate purchasing/ Sourcing needs

3. Identify and develop new Vendors for Admin/ Facility/ Infra requirements for adhoc and regular business requirements

4. Onboarding new vendors by negotiating commercial terms, rate card, pricing and complete documentation

5. Negotiating contract terms and conditions and should possess knowledge on SEZ Procurement

6. Prepare, Setup and Float RFP through e-sourcing tools

7. Prepare, Setup and Manage Reverse Auctions

8. Knowledge of office setup like interiors, furniture, HVAC, MEP etc.

8. Comparative analysis of supplier bids and decode based on results

9. Approve purchase requisitions in Ariba, after checking GST, Compliance, Taxation and commercial terms.

10. Issue Purchase Orders through SAP/ARIBA

11. Coordination SOW, Contract, NDA and Order form related documentation.

12. Supplier coordination to ensure delivery standards are met as per SLA

13. Coordinate with vendors and ensure seamless deliver, and billing coordination

1. Proven experience in sourcing of civil infrastructure and interior fit out set up

2. Good organizational skills

3. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

4. Ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people

5. Vendor management skills

6. Technical knowledge of building services
