We are looking for a New Business Development Professionals
- Incumbent is responsible for driving new business revenues from a named accounts/divisions/sub-divisions within Microsoft
- Create a named accounts/divisions/sub-division -wise penetration strategy,
- work closely with the head of Sales, Create leads and opportunities for the above
- Engage in proactive sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and further convert prospects to proposals
- Form peering relationships with client personnel at the Director level, and working (non-peering) relationships with GMs; source for additional business.
- Work closely with the pre-sales functions to come up with proposals
- Showcase Mindtree capabilities, value, relationships and governance in all interactions
- Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
- Collaborate with the product manager and present go-to-market solutions to target groups within Microsoft
- Oversee existing account growth and participate in business development
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Relevant business degree (MBA or equivalent)

Required Skills & Experience :
- Solid Sales Hunter, with a track record of working with top level accounts
- Heavy consultative approach, with a background of selling across multiple service lines in-line with Mindtree’s core offerings;
- Strong background in selling Business Application Services, Technology Infrastructure Services and Product Engineering Services.
- Experience of selling to C Level
- Proven track record in delivering against revenue targets.
