Associate Product Manager, Analytics
Job Brief :
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager, Analytics to support product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI.) You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :- Understand Market direction, competitive landscape & customer needs to build the Product Strategy & Product Roadmap.
- Deep dive on the Product usage data and metrics to identify problem areas to prioritize.
- Create product requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Partner with design, content, and product colleagues to understand business needs and design appropriate qualitative, quantitative, or behavioral studies including but not limited to surveys, in-depth interviews, field studies, focus groups, and concept/prototype testing to generate focused insights.
- Work with other cross-functional partners in marketing and customer success to drive research initiatives based on their first-hand knowledge of the industry.
- Work in partnership with other researchers and organizations to create comprehensive and coordinated research strategies that triangulate data from different sources/methods to develop recommendations.
- Deliver insights from the research findings with a clear point of view and recommendations.
- Identify product improvement or innovation opportunities by collaborating with data analytics teams and product managers and spearhead projects to close the gap.
- Collaborate with business owners of streams, design, engineering, and QA closely to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Foster collaboration with designers, product managers, marketers, and sales to translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform execution.
- Help Sales Enablement team, Customer Success Team, Professional Services Team be up-to-date on product and product-related objections.
- Manage & be the product owner of one of the product streams of mindTickle's Platform.
- Manage or Help in product launch along with Product Marketing.
Requirements :- 3+ years of work experience, with 2+ years of experience working as a product analyst/as a tech entrepreneur.
- Passion to drive things end-to-end from ideation to final packaging and deployment. A passion for observing behavior and synthesizing insights into product design.
- Ability to understand and align on the defined Product Strategy, highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate.
- Exceptionally astute at identifying users' pain points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions. Highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate.
- Metric-driven and in-depth knowledge of Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or a similar analytical tool for keeping track of product's success metrics would be preferred.
- Good understanding of data analysis and software engineering to be able to communicate effectively with the engineering team.
- Self-motivated and execution-oriented. Ability to execute at a high level of quality in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- First-principles thinking & ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
- Attention to detail and a fine design sense.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a frenetic and dynamic environment.
- A strong team player with the ability to build cross-team partnerships and strategic alignment; and to influence without direct authority.
- Technology understanding would be preferred.
