Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the software testing and QA services domain.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.

- Drive lead generation activities through various channels networking, cold calling, events, LinkedIn, etc.

- Prepare and deliver pitches to clients and stakeholders effectively.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the companys growth strategy.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 3- 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT or software services industry.

- Strong understanding of the software testing/QA industry is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.

- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
