Mind Your Fleet - Corporate Relationship Manager

Mind Your Fleet is looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager.

Purpose of Job : The purpose of the role is to build and manage rapport with corporate clients so as to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation. Best in Class Relationship Management with Corporates with avenues of revenue growth.

1. Maintain relationship with stakeholders of large/small corporates and TMCs to ensure exceptional NPS scores

2. Collection of payments within contracted payment terms for key accounts assigned to him/her.

3. Ensure Client Wise Business Growth and move customers to additional products offered by MYF.

4. Document SOPs and ensure service delivery

5. Conduct Monthly reviews and monitor performance via Daily /Weekly /Monthly MIS and flag potential issues for further review

6. Maintain a high standard of operational control including adherence to SLAs and SOPs.

Attributes :

1. Good People Management Skills

2. Excellent Communication Skills

3. Similar experience in a tech product company is a huge plus

4. Experience in Business Analyst role will be given preference

5. Should have an enthusiasm for working with startups in a dynamic environment

6. Minimum experience - 5 years
