Enterprise Sales Manager
Job Description:
- We seek a passionate, results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for our mental health platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise sales, understands SaaS, and is motivated by closing deals.
- You will be part of the core team and would have the opportunity to grow to manage revenue, if you have the motivation and skills for it. We believe in open conversations, building strategy together and building the company together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize various Sales approaches to build as per the revenue goals.
- Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, focusing on HR teams, wellness managers, and corporate leadership.
- Conduct product demos and develop a relationship with prospective clients.
- Bring the deals to closure while keeping the customer's interest in mind.
- Understand clients' pain points and customize Mind Alcove's offerings to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitches and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Track and report on sales metrics, market insights, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and company revenue goals.
- Maintain CRM data accurately and ensure a high standard of follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or wellness.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders.
- A consultative selling approach with a passion for mental health and employee well-being.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple clients, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Wants to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the wellness, mental health, or employee engagement space is a plus.
