Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Design and develop customized training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
- Deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees, both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- On-board external learning partners for delivering programs as per organisational requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives
- Create in-house talent pipeline
- Make training plan for fast-track employees
- Identify process champions and formalise Train-The-Trainer policy across company
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- 10-15 years of experience
