Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business
RSM will be responsible for sales in the region, managing sales teams, setting sales goals, and growing the customer base. RSM will also be responsible for introducing new accounts to grow revenue. Daily booking, billing and collection will be closely monitored by the RSM. RSM will be responsible for maintaining the gross profit. RSM will be responsible for inventory management.
- Team & Stakeholder management
RSM will build, train and coach the sales teams to achieve the target. The RSM will build and maintain relationships with key customers & suppliers in the region.
- Planning
RSM will be responsible for planning for growth, including creating short-term and long-term plans along with creating monthly visiting plans for the team members.
- Communication
One of the key responsibilities will be maintaining regular contact with internal and external stakeholders and keeping up to date on products and services relevant to the industry. The RSM will act as a bridge between the management and sales team to realise the organisation goals and objectives.
- Travel
RSM will be responsible for traveling to pitch the sales proposition to decision makers and organizations.
