Designation: Head - Real Estate Vertical Head
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: Board / Chairman
Employment: Full Time
Role:
- Drive the real estate vertical of the group by setting the strategic goals and budgets
- Create an integrated business plan to increase the turnover / ROI of the vertical
- Review the existing plans and projects and advice Board/Chairman on corrective actions
- Promote healthy work culture and create positive impact with external stakeholders
- Build an effective organizational structure for faster decision making
- Sound knowledge and understanding of legal procedures
- Recruit/Select desired human resources and develop, mentor them for effective team
- Keep abreast of the happenings of newer potential areas
Requirements:
- B. Tech with MBA preferably
- Have worked 10 - 15 years in real estate
- Knowledge of Hyderabad Real estate / Realty Market like flats / villas / land
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel / Powerpoint
