Milkbasket - Program Manager - Process Excellence

Role Summary:

We're looking for an exceptional Program Manager to scale operations, support our growing business and adapt the servicing operating model. The ideal candidates will have strong operations and supply chain sense and judgement with the ability to lead cross functional programs/projects, build new processes, drive continuous improvements and implement technology to support ops and supply chain. A strong background in project and process management is vital to plan and implement complex operational programs.

Role holder will be part of Operations Excellence/Program Manager team which ensures evolution of Pan-India Operations.

Role holder will be able to attain cross functional understanding and ensure

stakeholder management for immediate action to drive interventions and sustained process excellence changes.

Role holder should be able to maintain operations & performance metrics for Supply Chain Operations centrally.

What You'll Do :
 
- Functional/ Process KRAs : Develop, organize, manage, monitor & evaluate end to end SCM-Performance KPIs, SCM-product rollouts and provide scalable technology solutions to key pain points in operations.

- Proactively lead data-driven Process Improvement projects, conduct RCAs and partner with relevant stakeholders for resolutions of inefficiencies/problems/bottlenecks.

- Prioritize, plan and execute on new products/enhancements for SCM by collaborating with tech and product teams.

- Reporting KRAs: Manage & maintain assigned operational metrics & business reports.

- Coordinate with internal and external team to ensure timely and flawless execution of projects

- Alignment of scope of the project with contributing stakeholders and ensure the projects are delivered as per the scope and within the approved budget

- Develop a detailed project plan and track progress of the project

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Report and escalate to management as and when needed

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
