Roles and Responsibilities:
- Propose, review, and approve modifications to project plans.
- Identify, review, select, improve Store which is not meeting the target.
- Confer with operations & NSO department to identify and resolve problems
- Monitor launch milestones and deliverables
- Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact.
- Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver
- Analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand &resolve all business problems/huddles.
- Define and solve highly ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects
Skillset Required:
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret information and use their findings to make proposals. More focus on Data-Driven Decision Making.
- Communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly in both writing and speaking. He/she should demonstrate good listening skills to understand an organization's problems/Operational Problem and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and he/she should be able to work as a team toward achieving the organization's/department's goals.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to think creatively to solve operational problems.
- Time-management skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines and must use their time efficiently to complete projects on schedule.
