Milkbasket - Product Manager - Supply Chain Domain

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Foster meaningful connections with customers, adeptly articulating their challenges and needs.

- Define a visionary product roadmap for an exceptional Fresh Supply Chain, mapping out the journey to excellence.

- Cultivate robust relationships with peers across different regions to glean insights from their experiences and align roadmaps.

- Strategically prioritize initiatives for development over the next 3, 6, and 12 months.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Category, Sellers, and Operations to drive successful product launches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

- Proven track record in feature delivery and navigating product trade-offs.

- Demonstrated expertise in driving roadmap strategy and definition.

- Experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery and ownership.

- Previous roles as a product manager or owner with a focus on technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights.

- Experience in effectively collaborating across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
