Milkbasket - Product Manager - Customer Excellence

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage the design, planning, and execution of retention/reactivation campaigns by fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders across various cross-functional teams (Product, CRM, Store, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Experience, etc.).

- Develop annual and monthly plans for critical customer metrics (Conversion, Repeat Rate, Basket Size, Transactions Per Customer, etc.) and ensure their successful implementation.

- Collaborate with the Product/Engineering team to drive innovative product ideas that enhance customer conversion on the Milkbasket platform.

- Promote data-led thinking and lead the development of customer intelligence frameworks (Churn prediction, Most Valuable Customer, etc.).

- Produce periodic reports and create insightful presentations for reviews with Senior Management & Leadership.

- Mentor and guide other team members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- 2-5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

- Proven track record in feature delivery and navigating product trade-offs.

- Demonstrated expertise in driving roadmap strategy and definition.

- Experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery and ownership.

- Previous roles as a product manager or owner with a focus on technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights.

- Experience in effectively collaborating across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
