Role Summary :
This role will aim to build operational excellence in HR services delivery for more than 2000 employees (on roll and contract) across operations premises. The role entails managing delivery of all HR services and support to our associates in the most effective and efficient manner, creating best in class employee experience. The incumbent will manage vendor management, payroll, and internal HR systems on the operational side, and at the same time, work on HRMS implementation and HR Analytics to provide strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management
a) Manage entire aspect of empanelment and engagement with HR vendors including - risk assessment, compliance, onboarding, vendor payments & evaluation process.
b) Design and revisit processes to improve overall quality of deliverables of vendor management.
2. HRMS Implementation: Work alongside relevant stakeholders (HR, IT and Operations team), SMEs and Vendors in defining, testing, training, and deployment of HRMS
a) Assist HR lead in technical and commercial analysis for the finalization of Tech partner - create RFP post internal analysis, undertake market study etc.
b) Lead deployment and functioning of the HRMS - Ensure project milestones are met for HRMS to go live by deadline.
3. HR Analytics & Systems - Manage and deep dive into various form of internal data and systems to prepare reports and carry out advance talent modelling for key business decisions.
a) Use data analysis to help influence changes to the process or programs by collaborating with senior leadership.
b) Provide monthly talent dashboards, employee attrition reports, Headcount & Payroll dashboard, and various other reports, as and when required.
4. Employee Life Cycle: Ensure that entire process from Hire to exit for on roll and contract employees are carried out as per SOP framework across all premises.
5. Payroll: Manage payroll processing and compliances for associates along with HR ops team, including employee benefits programs like Insurance & wellness program. Ensure data integrity across all systems to avoid any error and adherence to TAT.
6. Projects/New Initiatives: Work with relevant stakeholders to understand and evaluate existing processes to explore automation.
Candidates we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of prior experience working as HR specialist with strong exposure to HR operations including HRIS or HR systems, Shared services, Project Management, Payroll or Benefits administration, preferably in a fast growing E-commerce firm or service setup catering to associate level employees (non-managerial staff).
- MBA degree, preferably from tier 2 college
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Prior experience with HRIS systems, reporting and data analytics
- Have a sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity, can own complex problem statement with little direction
