Role Summary:
L&D Manager will lead the coordination and execution of employee training for Supply Chain and Field Sales team (associate & Managerial staff).
The role will be responsible for executing learning requirements of existing and new hires (associate/3PL and Managerial staff) for each geography and ensure adherence to training mandates on new programs and refresher trainings.
The incumbent will also be responsible for developing digital training infrastructure for training at scale and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage training materials and content for Supply Chain, Field Sales, B&M, and Customer Care teams.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing employees, ensuring seamless access to resources.
- Develop and implement behavior training programs and cadre-building initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Identify and cultivate training POCs through Train the Trainer (TAT) programs, ensuring regular certification.
- Partner with leadership across regions to assess and address training needs, including managerial and technical skills.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in workforce capability.
Who We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D, with a strong background in Manufacturing, FMCG, Distribution, Logistics, B&M, and Customer Care.
- Expertise in training design, content development, behavior training, and cadre building.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
