Milkbasket - Hub Head - Fulfillment Center

Operations:

- Cost Centre Ownership - Pick-Pack, Delivery, and Hub Operations

- End to end processes of pick pack delivery ensuring the highest level of customer experience

- Hiring, training, development, and discipline of workforce

- Addressing of Cx escalations and reverse logistics

- Engage with HO for all Ops and Hub related actions

Inventory:

- Infrastructure support for all GRN and Inventory activities

- Prevention of Pilferage/shrinkage

- Overseeing stock-in/ refilling processes

FnV:

- Fruits and vegetables processing (pick/ pack)

- Manpower management

Non Core (oversee):

Admin & Liaison:

- Cost effective TPL agreements

- Audit of all inbound and outbound materials and invoices

- Vigilance and security of the hub

- Liaison with RWAs, Govt., and other external agencies

- Licenses for the Operation of the Hub

- Ownership of Non-core Ops manpower including HK, Maintenance, IT, and Bag Sorters

- Overall discipline at the hub

Finance (oversee):

1) Scrutiny and approval of invoices

2) Control on miscellaneous spends through petty cash

HR (oversee):

1) Handle escalations of payment issues with vendors

2) Discipline of vendors as per the agreements

3) Timely processing of attendance for payroll and allowances

4) Employee welfare

5) Prevent attrition

6) Handling of strikes and disturbances

Projects, Maintenance, IT, and Facilities (oversee):

1) Audit and approval of all projects at the hub

2) Asset audit and maintenance

3) Liaise with Landlord Spoc for pending hub works

4) Hub Hygiene and waste management

5) Availability of Water, electricity, Internet, IT Infra, drinking water, and all facilities

6) CC TV Surveillance of the Hub and audit
