1. Basic Information
Position Title: City Manager-Offline Marketing
(Reporting To Head of offline Marketing)
2. Purpose of the Role - This role is responsible to oversee and manage marketing activities within a city/assigned territory. He will ensure that marketing strategies are effectively implemented to drive business growth, minimize Customer acquisition cost, increase brand awareness, improve society penetration and achieve sales targets.
Listing of Activities to be performed -
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities within city & develop marketing strategies and campaigns to address the needs of customers.
- Executing Marketing Campaigns: Execute advertising campaigns, promotions, BTL marketing activities and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create marketing collateral, including digital content, and promotional items. Ensure that marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and requirements.
- Customer Acquisition: Implement strategies to attract new customers at optimal cost, collaborate with teams to convert potential customers and achieve sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of team & prepare regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and market trends.
Profile Expectations: Candidate should have minimum 4-6 years of core field sales experience of executing BTL campaigns pref. in B2C Ecommerce/Grocery sector. Must have led a team size of 20-30 people. MBA or equivalent.
