City Manager - Offline Marketing
Position Name : City Manager (Offline Marketing)
Reporting to : Lead-Offline Marketing
Function : Offline Marketing : Field Operations
Purpose of the Role :
- This role is responsible for overseeing and managing marketing activities within a city. The candidate ensures the effective implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth, minimize customer acquisition costs, increase brand awareness, enhance market penetration, and achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
- Create and manage the deployment of offline Marketing Campaigns.
- Identify new channels to acquire customers in the city.
- Annalise campaign ROI, and ensure acquisition at optimal cost.
- Identifying key brand issues, and opportunities in the city and leading customizing marketing plan.
- Monitor and execute on-ground activation.
- Ensure proper deployment of promoters to achieve acquisition targets.
- Work with the branding team to create necessary marketing collaterals for BTL activities.
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offerings, pricing, consumer offers & BTL activities.
- Develop a database of suppliers and promotional agencies, and manage existing supplier relationships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Reduce customer acquisition cost in the city (CAC per customer).
- Increase in serviceable area or market reach (measure in terms of Households added).
- Increase society penetration (in terms of improved customer activation %).
- Execution of marketing campaigns, promotions activities and events.
- Planning for marketing campaigns, promotions activities and events.
- Provide SOP training to team.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in offline marketing, BTL activities, Marketing Campaigns.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive business development plans & Expertise in identifying and targeting key markets and customer segments.
- Strong skills in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- In-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
Note: This role involves working a 6-day schedule, which includes Sundays as working days. The regular weekly day off will be on Mondays.
