Category Manager Fresh

- Good understanding with 5 + Years of experience in Fruits and Perishable Industry.

- Coordinates all Sourcing activities related to procurement of a commodity beginning with intent to purchase through delivery.

- Coordinates supply chain management including resource planning, scheduling and perishable inventory control.

- Manages quality control, product rejections and resolves vendor disputes.

- Negotiates the lowest possible cost for the commodity balanced against the optimum quality and schedule needs.

- Assures that the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality.

- Manage end-to-end responsibilities ; Category management, operations, and sales, with overall P&L responsibility.

- Responsible for business development

- Responsible for Quality Standard of entire range as per the specification.

- Set up and manage distributor and supplier relationships for the city

- Drive sales targets within the city, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability and Brand awareness

- Optimize and manage operations at Packhouse (Distribution Center/s) to ensure service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency and meet operational working capital cycle targets

- Manage and train team to deliver the overall business objectives
