Milestone Ventures, established in 1990, has held various interests in chemicals, real estate and technology over the years. In its early days, the firm started out with partnership with TYCO in the petrochemicals space, and its first real estate project in Gurgaon, earlier known as 32nd Milestone

In Goa, Milestone Ventures has recently launched its first large-scale project in the form of 32nd Beach, a mixed use retail development of 7 acres overlooking the Indian Ocean at Vagator beach.. For this project, Milestone Ventures has partnered with The Goa Tourism Department to create the first, curated private beach experience in India. At completion, 32nd Beach will have approximately 46 restaurants, 20 luxury boutique stores, a flea market, and one of a kind 100,000 square foot ocean-side event space.

About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. An ideal candidate should hold work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to ensure our company attracts hires and retains the best employees while creating a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities :
- Work in unison with business leaders to establish concrete hiring targets
- Partner with hiring managers to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Support the hiring panel by providing them with relevant market analysis and advice throughout the recruitment process
- Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through various portals/platforms and execute efficient recruitment strategies to surface the best talent
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Orchestrate salary negotiation and offer letter generation
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Create an influential candidate-employer relationship during the selection process
Requirements
- Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes/strategies
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
