Job Title : Director - Digital Experience Location : Ahmedabad / Bangalore (Onsite) Timings : Day Shift Job Description : As a Technical Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex enterprise website development projects, ensuring superior digital experiences, and managing a portfolio of highprofile accounts. - You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, development, UX design, SEO, product management, and clients to ensure the successful execution of programs from concept through launch. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for innovation, improving processes, and driving initiatives that align with both business and customer goals. Key Responsibilities: - Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts and digital programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and financial health across all projects. - Program Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level digital experience projects, including UX design, website development, and SEO optimization. - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring that program deliverables meet client objectives and exceed expectations. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success, UX/UI design, Development, SEO, Product Management, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of digital solutions. - SEO & Analytics Oversight: Collaborate with SEO specialists and analytics teams to ensure that all projects are optimized for search engines and performance is regularly evaluated. - Innovation & Strategic Initiatives: Drive cross-functional initiatives to innovate and improve existing processes, technologies, and customer experiences. - Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to project delivery. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. - Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to align projects with strategic business objectives and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and performance. - Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative solutions, and efficiency enhancements in program delivery. - Resource Management: Oversee staffing, budgeting, and timeline management for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and goals are met. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in digital program management or a similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise website development, UX design, and SEO. - Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects with a portfolio of high-profile clients. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, web development technologies, and SEO best practices to deliver the best user experience. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience driving innovation and cross-functional initiatives in a digital or technical environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. Preferred Skills: - Experience with CMS platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics software. - Prior hands-on experience with HTML/ CSS/ AJAX/ JavaScript/JQuery/ Rest API etc. - Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies. - Experience in e-commerce or B2B digital experiences is a plus.
