About the Role:
- We are looking for energetic and highly driven individuals to accelerate the continued growth of Miles Education.
- The role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
- You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
- You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- The mentioned profile is a Leadership role - the person should be excited about handling new projects and willing to take ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation , Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments.
- Together with Head of Business Development driving the business development strategy
Who should apply?

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business skills, management, brand growth, product growth, budgeting and analysis with educational qualifications.
- Must have worked on Brand Communication, positioning Social Media presence and growth
- Should have took Consumer Insights and relationship management and done Market research for new opportunities
- Ability to define processes and manage operations and Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation and organization
- Work experience in early-stage start-ups or founding experience or a consulting firm is a plus.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities, knowledge of performance evaluation process, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
- To be able to intelligently question and consult with professionals of all levels
- Team player and a problem-solving attitude
