Job - Manager-Migration & Process Excellence

We are looking for professionals having Hands on experience in Migrations & Process Excellence for CMM level 5 company based at Pune.

Designation: Manager

Reports to: AVP

Location: Pune

Skills:

1. Migration: Will be responsible and accountable for successful migration of processes from US and other locations to Pune

2. Process improvement and adherence: Will be responsible to drive operational excellence with a focus on performance

3. Build incubation centers for new opportunities: Will be responsible to identify and build specific services to enable PGS develop the necessary skills and capabilities.

4. People development: Will be responsible to develop the overall skills and capabilities of the PE team members to enable achieve the strategic goals and objectives.
