1. Support capacity work stream at the bank across locations.

2. Capacity demand vs supply matching and identification of risks and opportunities

3. Project manage remigration to move processes at appropriate location

4. Produce migrations MI on FTE and methodology non negotiable

5. Produce accurate MI on FTE for decision support

6. Stakeholder management, internal to the bank and COO office along with other business partners in Finance

Job Description

- Is responsible for specific projects for Noah program

- Supports and executes business development and change management strategy

- Holds project working group meeting

- Produces and circulate timely dashboard and minutes of project calls

- Manages relationship with the stakeholders specific to the projects assigned

- Manages multiple projects

- Provides MI on FTE, compliance and related migration variables based on management requirement

- Ensures migrations as per the Finance migration methodology

- Supports the objectives assigned to the team for GFC's goals

Skills/Experience Required

- Experience in Financial Control, Reporting & Analysis / Period-end close / Global Consolidation of an organization of similar scale

- Knowledge of multiple Finance functions in a banking environment

- Relevant experience in handling business operations of a Financial Services/Banking MNC or similar industry

- Ability to collaborate with multiple parties, both onshore and offshore in order to achieve key milestones within stipulated time and allocated resources

- Analytical & Decision making ability in a dynamic environment coupled with strong communication (both verbal & written) and presentation skills

- Proven ability to project manage migrations of finance processes and exposure to diverse/multi-culture work environments with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills

- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires relationship management with other individuals and teams within the bank Group

- Orientation towards Quality (Six Sigma/Lean methodology) and technical bent of mind

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Exposure to Project Management Software and experience in working on MS Access databases

- Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking

- Accounting / Finance Graduate / Semi qualified accountant : 7-10 years

- Qualified Accountant (Chartered, ACCA or CIMA): 6+ years

- Trained/ certified on Quality methodology
