Microsoft Technology Architect - IT

We have an opportunity for Microsoft Technology Architect for one of our MNC client in Pune

Job Description:

- Participate in development of architectural strategy, including technology standardization and modernization

- Provide architectural decisions and deliver proof of concepts, prototypes using latest technologies

- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders including customers to gain collective buy-in on architecture strategies and creating architectural roadmap

- Evaluate, test and provide recommendations for new technologies and tools

- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the engineering team

- Provide solutions to technical issues

Work experience/exposure

- Breadth of design and development experience in multiple flavors of platforms such as Windows desktop development, Web development, Database development, System side development using Microsoft technologies

- Breadth of architecture and design experience using multiple architectural styles

- Very strong Hands-on architecture, design and development experience with Microsoft .NET platform

- Sound experience architecting and designing enterprise applications

- Exposure to product development

- Experience/Exposure of architecting, designing and developing cloud based SaaS solution using Microsoft Azure

- Experience/Exposure of migrating in-premise application developed using MS technologies to cloud as SaaS offering

- Strong Client engagement experience engaging with senior level executives

- Experience working with various development methodologies including Agile SCRUM methodology

Desired skills

- Very strong understanding and experience in Object oriented analysis and design

- In-depth knowledge and experience with .Net framework and C#.Net

- Sound understanding and experience working with set of various technologies including but not limited to - C#.Net, WPF, WCF, Asp.Net, HTML, Java script, SQL Server

- Very good understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Mobile technologies

- Understanding of Windows10 and UWP would be nice to have

- Superior communication and presentation skills

- Stay update with current and future technology trend and development in Microsoft technologies
