Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Manage product lifecycle starting from conceptualization to launches, after-sales service tracking and EOL management.
- Project Management: Manage launches- working closely with PMs, Engineers, non-technical staff to design, develop and launch products in market.
- Build & manage strong business relationships within the digital marketing, sales and partners. Understand and manage dynamics to drive best practices in this function.
- Continuously evaluate new opportunities, adopt new experiments & approach to find insights, learning and build them for scale.
- Provide analysis & reporting on trends and key metrics for better product planning
Minimum qualifications:
- Mandatory: Passion and Zeal to work in a start-up like environment
- MBA from top 25 MBA colleges
- Passion for products and understanding their form and functionality at a detailed level
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent data analysis skills (using Vlookup and other excel features including Macros)and ability to trace relevant insights from data

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, comfortable in dealing with ambiguous situations and proactive at identifying and solving problems.
