Main responsibility for this role is to handle and follow through the recruitment activities. You will work closely and liaise with department managers identifying their hiring needs and select suitable candidates for the positions.  Position Responsibilities:  - Recruitment for positions at mid and senior management level in the Corporate functions of HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, IS, Facilities etc  - Understanding the hiring requirements from managers  - Sourcing candidates through different channels like job portals, networking, referrals, advertisement, etc   - Ensuring accuracy of the profiles shared.  - Identify suitable candidates through screening, selecting and conducting interviews of prospects to match with department needs   - Communicate between candidates, department managers and human resources to expedite successful close of the position search   - Individual contributor role  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  - Degree holder in any disciplines, MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM in HR   - Experience in hiring for senior level mandates for HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, IS, Facilities  - Screening & short-listing relevant candidate profiles through portals, head-hunting and cold calling.  - 5+ years of experience in recruitment   - Fluent in both spoken and written English  - Proficiency in MS Office  - Good interpersonal and communication skills
