Job description :

University Program Development : Ultimate aim is to enable educational institutions to prepare entry level talent for the industry, thereby assisting the Sales in popularizing and proliferating Microchip talent in Indian Universities.

- To interact with key decision makers to accelerate the adoption of Microchip MCUs in syllabus of Universities in India.

- Identify educational institutions to set up Microchip MCU Labs in targeted Universities.

- To arrange classes for - Train the trainers- Professors / students and industrial users at Microchip MCU Centres.

- To develop Microchip Authorized University Training Centres (MAUTC) as training providers in India

- Training Material / Book Writing on Microchip devices

- Mutual development of knowledge and insights by sharing of experiences and technology as per Microchip university program guidelines.

- Run design contests in premier institutions to keep students motivation high.

3rd Party training partner development :

- Identify 3rd Party training partners in India, run and manage the partners program.

Drive the in-house RTC Program :

- MCHP has an in-house Regional Training program to train our direct customers. This is regular program intended to run throughout the year based on customer need and also MCHP drive. This position is intended to drive regular and smooth running of RTC program in a sustainable manner.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with a strong academic track record

- 7+ Relevant work experience
