To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a Partner Investment Banking to lead fundraising, strategic financial planning, and investment structuring.

Role Overview:

As a Partner Investment Banking, you will drive fundraising strategies, engage with PE, VC, and Family Offices, and lead high-impact financial initiatives. Your role will be critical in structuring investment deals, capital markets advisory, and investor relations, ensuring MicroMittis continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Investment Strategy:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, focusing on equity and debt financing.

- Lead engagement with PE firms, VCs, Family Offices, and institutional investors.

- Structure investment deals, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and closures.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets:

- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, strategic investors, and financial institutions.

- Advise leadership on capital structuring, M&A opportunities, and market expansion.

- Monitor capital markets, investment trends, and real estate financing opportunities.

Leadership & Strategic Growth:

- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to execute financial strategies.

-Support strategic initiatives, including market entry and new investment products.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: MBA in Finance, CA, or equivalent from a top institution.

- Experience: 10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Strategic Financial Advisory.

- Real Estate Expertise: Proven track record in real estate investment banking or PropTech is highly preferred.

- Network & Relationships: Strong connections with PE, VC, Family Offices, and institutional investors.
