Experience: 10+ Years in Equity Fundraising, Real Estate Investment, and Capital Strategy

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Equity Fundraising & Capital Strategy:

- Lead equity fundraising initiatives targeting family offices, private equity firms, real estate funds, and HNIs.

- Develop and implement a capital-raising roadmap, ensuring sustainable funding strategies without debt reliance.

- Build and manage strong relationships with institutional investors, alternative investment funds (AIFs), and global real estate firms.

- Identify and pitch high-value real estate investment opportunities aligned with MicroMittis growth vision.

2. Investor Relations & Deal Structuring:

- Cultivate long-term investor relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and capital inflow.

- Structure, negotiate, and close equity financing deals with optimal valuations and investor-friendly terms.

- Develop and present detailed financial models, investment projections, and strategic proposals to potential investors.

- Act as the primary liaison for investor queries, financial due diligence, and post-investment reporting.

3. Financial Strategy & Asset Management:

- Oversee financial planning, capital allocation, and investment structuring to maximize investor returns.

- Design and implement innovative real estate investment models, optimizing REITs, AIFs, and structured finance instruments.

- Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of investment transactions.

- Align financial strategies with MicroMittis long-term expansion, including new real estate projects and PropTech innovations.

4. Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure full compliance with SEBI, RBI, taxation laws, and investment regulatory frameworks.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies while enhancing investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.

- Maintain best practices in financial reporting, auditing, and investor disclosures.

5. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to drive financial decision-making and business expansion.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and investment teams to enhance investor engagement and capital mobilization.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in equity fundraising, private equity, real estate investment, or PropTech financial strategy.

- Proven expertise in raising capital from HNIs, family offices, private equity firms, and institutional investors.

- Strong knowledge of real estate investment vehicles, REITs, AIFs, structured finance, and asset-backed securities.

- Extensive experience in deal structuring, valuation modeling, due diligence, and investment negotiations.

- Deep understanding of SEBI, RBI, taxation laws, and regulatory guidelines governing real estate investments.

- Exceptional financial modeling, investor communication, and presentation skills.

- Prior experience with real estate investment firms, alternative investment funds (AIFs), private equity firms, or PropTech companies is highly preferred.
