Currently we are looking to expand our team of Trainee Recruitment Consultants for our Mumbai BKC office and are offering exciting career opportunities to ambitious and tenacious individuals who are keen to excel in a dynamic, challenging and results based environment.

Job Description - As a Trainee recruitment consultant you will be supported in your development to a Consultant over a period of 6-9 months. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping,

- Sourcing of candidates,

- Responsible for managing the candidates' applications and internal coding alignment

- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific assignments,

- Maintaining candidate network and all other aspects of candidate management,

- Recruitment process:

- Assisting a pool of consultants for all the aspects of the recruitment cycle,

- Ad hoc projects.

The Successful Candidate - You are a graduate, from a top tier University and possess an MBA/ Masters degree from a reputed institution. You have excellent communication and presentation skills and open to embracing new challenges, a genuine team player, enthusiastic, dynamic and open-minded. You have the potential to lead businesses, grow new offices, cities and countries for our group and strong commercial acumen to manage your own P&L.
