Job Description :

This is a high-visibility & ownership driven role wherein you partner directly with the India Technology Leadership to hire for all tech talent to join Michael Page, India business.

Reporting into Talent Acquisition Lead, India your roles and responsibilities will include :

- Supporting end to end recruitment process to map talent and screen the candidates to be potential employees at Michael Page

- Partnering with all key senior internal business stakeholders to understand business requirement and communicate the same to the talent pool

- Maintaining a robust talent pipeline across all functions

- Working on adhoc projects centred around employee engagement, employer branding, campus recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion etc

Qualifications:

- Technology Recruiter with 3+ years' experience within in-house TA/ search

- You have exceptional communication skills coupled with great articulation and high stakeholder management.

- Experience of working in multinational organisations would be preferred.
