Key Responsibilities : As we build more diversified offerings in India through our brands - Page Executive, Michael Page, Page Personnel, Page Contracting and Page Outsourcing, the Customer Engagement team will be responsible for deepening our relationships with large accounts across offices and brands, making PageGroup their partner of choice for all their recruitment needs. Client Management: - Own the client relationship and lead it for the assigned Key Accounts with a strong understanding of their business priorities. - Engage clients through physical visits & partner through reviews and solution updates to help clients derive value from the varied solutions of Page Group. Business Development: - Use data and tools strategically to identify areas of opportunities within the allocated portfolios. Build strong opportunity pipeline . - Work on strategic partnership to activate new clients/verticals and revive lapsed/existing clients/verticals among the assigned set. - Contribute to the short-term strategies and business plans for the growth of the business unit based on global and regional direction. Internal Communication & Engagement: - Sharing regular updates internally through various forums on progress with the accounts. - Work closely with Office Head's, Account Director's, and local leadership to drive the Customer Partnership agenda. Financial Management: - Achieve key financial metrics: Revenue, WIN Rate, Debtors' management etc. - Effectively use sales technology and digital tools (Salesforce, CC) for efficient working by recording prospects, forecast pipeline and convert sales. Ensure adherence to pricing and contract SLAs according to company's policies and guidelines Key KPI's: - Weekly BD Calls & Client Meetings - YoY revenue growth measured against Key Accounts - should be keep adding more and developing - Jobs referred to the business revenue generated from them. - Other daily customer service related like outstanding issues, feedback, insight, payment coordination etc. - From KAM work - volume of new Disciplines & new Offices added to current clients - Page Share sessions and Industry Focus Group meetings.
