The Banking team focuses on mid to senior level recruitment in finance, audit and risk functions and is looking to hire a consultant from the same space.

Job Description

- You will be responsible for every aspect of the recruitment process. You will be handling the business development and building the client portfolios’. You will be expected to become market experts in the space you recruit in. This role requires a strong commercial mindset with the view to build sustainable and long term relationships with candidates and clients.

The Successful Applicant

- You will have maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a consultant (preferably in one of the Big 4 firms), within their audit,risk or finance vertical,working in financial institutions group. You will possess outstanding communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. You have a strong worth ethic and have a desire to build a career in recruitment.
