Job Description :
- My team and I specialize in recruiting top tier Sales & Marketing talent across the landscape ranging from start-ups to established global organizations. Our work has been focused across Product & Service companies and ranges from organizations making their first hire in a department to companies looking to scale their teams quickly to companies looking to strengthen their senior Sales & Marketing leadership.
- Additional you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize PageGroup's commercial performance.
- Prior experience in B2B/Corporate client management
- Postgraduate / Graduate from tier I college
- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc)
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills.
- Experience interacting with senior executives.
- Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
