Job Description - Manage the recruitment operations and P&L for one of the technology verticals for the South India market

Description

- Take charge and drive the business from engaging and onboarding clients to aligning the right candidates to the mandates ensuing complete control on the end to end recruitment cycle


- Identify and develop client/business relationships in a meritocratic environment

- Create and manage effective strategies and processes to identify, source, evaluate, and recommend the most qualified talent for the client mandates



- Own the recruitment cycle by engaging the clients and candidates throughout the process to foster long term relationships



- Ability to influence and build agreements diplomatically and fairly with stakeholders



- Develops strategies to generate differentiated talent in emerging roles or highly competitive talent pools to meet long-term business needs


Profile

- You are degree qualified from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a Top Tier institution.

- In addition you have 2-8 years of experience and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.



- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence & effectively communicate at every level of an organization.



- You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
