Job Description: As a consultant, you will be responsible for multiple facets of recruitment consulting:

- Business development & end to end client management. Originate and develop new client relationships within your respective sector.

- Directly liaise with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.

Candidate Management

- Build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialization.

- Interview and evaluate potential candidates to successfully represent them to clients.

Recruitment Support:

- Drive & manage the recruitment process to benefit both the client and candidate.

- Manage negotiation towards offer management and provide post placement support.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are an MBA from a reputed institution.

- You must have least 2 - 5 years in a sales/ consulting/ business development role and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.

- You have a strong track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization. You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
