Michael Page - Recruitment Consultant - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We at Michael Page take pride of our people as they are our biggest assets! We are looking at hiring young, dynamic individuals as a Recruitment Consultant for our Mumbai office. The job involves networking, business development, account management, client servicing, negotiation and providing closures across various accounts. It is an end to end role with complete ownership of processes and handling a mini P&L.

Role :

- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business

- You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery

- Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients

- Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Page Group's commercial performance

Currently, we have two offices in India - Gurgaon and Mumbai. This role would be based in Mumbai only.

Preferred Candidature :

- Ideally, you have an MBA/Post graduate degree from a top B School with 1-4 years of work experience in a client facing role within your Industry

- Furthermore, you should be highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the entrepreneurial spirit
