About our Client - Michael Page is one of the largest recruitment consulting firm in the world. We are head quartered in the UK and listed on the London stock exchange. We have a global presence and operate in close to 40 countries. We have been able to establish ourselves in India and have been growing at tremendous rate. We are currently looking for a recruitment consultant based out of our Gurgaon office.

Job Description - You will be in an end to end consulting role and will work on all aspects of consulting on daily basis. You will be responsible for driving your own business across the following main pillars- Interacting with clients and developing business

- Working as an industry expert and providing solutions to clients

- Evaluating candidates and understanding their motivations

- Managing the entire recruitment process both from the candidate and client side

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from one of the top tier schools and have 1-6 years of experience. You should have good exposure in business development and stakeholder management. A candidate coming from a consulting background will be preferred. We are not looking at people who come from a recruitment background. You must have the passion to drive your business and possess exceptional communication skills.
