In India we specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in 4 disciplines- Financial Services, Sales & Marketing , Finance & Accounts and Human Resources. Currently we have two offices in India- Gurgaon and Mumbai. To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring a young, dynamic individual for our Mumbai office.

Job Description

Recruitment poses a very interesting opportunity as the product is human capital and not only you have to be strong at pitching a business or consulting but also equally strong at delivery. While in a typical consulting profile you consult and exit , here you are responsible for a strong delivery in terms of finding the right talent.

As a Recruitment consultant your responsibilities would include maintaining a healthy portfolio of candidates and clients. The role is to pitch business to new clients, understand their business needs and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship and knowledge of product which is the candidate market.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you have a MBA/Post graduate degree with 2-5 years of work experience in a client facing role (preferably Corporate Banking). You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business. You are persistent ,resilient ,have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and hunger to succeed. You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture where the work in years count for more than the years at work.
