1. Building your own industry patch and enjoying a freedom to identify, develop and manage client business relationships
2. Consultative Selling of our recruitment services to Corporate and negotiating the rates of business
3. Assessing and responding to the recruitment needs of each client or assignment and ensuring timely delivery
4. Consulting Mid to Senior Leaders in the industry about their careers and their choices
5. Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond (includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients)
6. Building mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Page Group's commercial performance.
Who is a successful applicant?
- 3+yrs exp
- You would be from a leadership recruitment background with strong experience in hiring for mid to -senior level technical roles like Director, Senior Director, EVP/AVP/VP, CHRO, CXO, Project Heads etc.
