In India we specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in 5 disciplines- Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Finance & Accounts and Human Resources. Currently we have two offices in India -Gurgaon and Mumbai. To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring a young, dynamic individual for our Mumbai office.

The role would entail:
- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business
- You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery
- Additionally you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize PageGroup's commercial performance
Preferred Candidature:
- If you are an individual who is looking to build something extraordinary and have a good drive and self motivation which is bordering on entrepreneurial this is the place for you
- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business
- Ideally you have a MBA/Post graduate degree from a reputed B-School with 2-5 years of work experience in a client facing role
- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and hunger to succeed
- Furthermore you should be highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial spirit
