As a B2B Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will:
- Manage B2B Enterprise Clients and drive net new revenue growth as well as growth through account expansion
- Partner with CXOs within Client organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements
- Enable your clients to hire for mid-senior as well as executive roles for their Sales and Marketing function
- Develop your own portfolio of senior Sales and Marketing leadership candidates through networking and commercial action to present the most suitable candidates to the clients
- Be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates during the assignment
- Become a key reference in your industry/market for both clients and candidates to drive incremental business
