Job Description :

- As a Business Development consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your respective sector.

- You will partner with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.

- You will also build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialization.

The Successful Applicant :

- You are a graduate from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a premier institute.

- You have least 1-5 years sales/business development/B2B sales experience or have worked with a recruitment firm and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.

- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- You are dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
