About our Client - Our client is a Blue Chip firm with its Finance COE in Gurgaon. They are looking to hire experienced managers for their Group including Retail Banking, Insurance & the Asset Management.

Job Description - Reporting into AVP and handling a team of professionals, your key responsibilities would include:

- Providing key control over the financial information provided in the form of Balance Sheet, P&L.

- Robust analysis and Effective commentary reflecting the impact and direction of key internal and external business drivers.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness and validity of commentaries in the financial statements for the purpose of monthly and quarterly close.

- Co-ordinate, work-closely with Global finance teams

- Respond to queries from senior level management and auditors as required

- Support senior management in implementation of strategic decisions

The Successful Candidate - CA with 6 + years of experience is a must with good exposure MI Reporting. Financial Analysis would be a major part of it and hence some exposure to analysis would be preferable. Professionals with shared services background would fit very well into this profile.
